I'm looking for a component that enables job listing for my site. Essentially, I'm looking for one where only certain levels of subscription are given access by the super admin. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Being a CBSubs user you've the subscription process covered. As far as listing jobs there are many directory based extensions which can provide this such as mostree (most recommended). There are many more available on Joomla.org (depending if on J1.5 or J1.6).
