in the "offline Edit Payment gateway settings" page i inserted a php code that i want the user to fill, i need that the regestrision will be abled only if the user fill this form,
can i do that?

Don't understand, how are you inserting PHP code into the offline payment gateway? Please be more specific as to what you're trying to do.

This is only for HTML and/or Text, PHP won't do anything there (suppose you could use a WYSIWYG editor plugin that allows this such as Sourcerer). What exactly are you trying to do?

No idea, what you're wanting would require custom code. Not really something that can be done through such parameters as it's to just provide HTML/Text instructions. It supports no PHP or anything of the sort.
