Is there a way to show user in the first page?
For example,
1.At left side there is a list of most active user
2.At rigth side there is a list of highest rating user
Something like these example

Believe you'll need a custom module to do this dynamically. You can do it statically using substitutions in CB Content module, but you'll have to constantly update it. I think such modules already exist, you'll likely want to check Joomla.org or our directory below.
