Incubator projects come with no documentation, sorry. The configuration is jquery guided. Simply create a new sync and ensure to read the information next to each input. It will not let you complete inputs if you've not yet complete previously required inputs. Typically for a trigger you'll want to use after registration, login, and profile update to ensure user stays in sync.
