Cb Content Module = Broken yootheme ZOO

Cb Content Module = Broken yootheme ZOO was created by onlinesince79
Hi there,

When the module CB Content (latest version) is published, in any position, the google maps and rating functions of Zoo do not work. If the module is disabled, they both work fine.

When cb content is enabled, there is just a blank space where the map would usually be. Basically this is how the page should appear: www.yootheme.com/zoo/app-bundle/business-directory/item/nasa

I know there are javascript and jquery sections for the module in the backend, can something be inserted there to stop an apparent conflict. Only cb content gives this problem, no other modules (including javascript/jquery based modules) give any problems.

Any ideas ?

Many thanks

What content do you have inside of CB Content module? It doesn't do anything aside from rendering what you supplied with substitution support. Your content being rendered could be what is causing the conflict. Please see browser error log while the module is published to see if there are any fatal JS errors.

Hi Krileon,

I am just displaying the user profile menu i.e - [cb:usertab tab="17" user="#displayedOrMe" /]

I appear to have no browser errors whatsoever. Is there a particular way you want me to check for an error? What log/function/browser.

Many thanks

Hi Krileon,

Further to my last email, I setup a fresh localhost joomla install with cb and zoo 2.4.9, and nothing else. It is 100% an issue with the cb content module and nothing else.

It appears whenever a cb substitution is used e.g.

[cb:usertab tab="17" user="#displayedOrMe" /]

It breaks ZOO google maps and ratings. If normal text is placed in Cb content, e.g. "hello there !" The text is displayed fine and zoo displays the google map etc. Likewise if links are placed in the module, everything works, it is only the cb menu substitution code that breaks zoo... :( :S

This would mean a JS conflict between CB Menu and the JS used by your extension. Please review your browser error log where the issue occurs to see if there are any fatal JS errors. If there are please provide them here.
