There isn't any at this time. We've plans for new and up to date documentation after CB 2.0 goes stable. The best I can suggest is review the existing installable templates like CB Bootstrap as a starting point.

It's a Professional download available to all professional subscribers. Other installable examples are the CB template plugins provided with our Joomla templates. You can also review the templates found at the below location, but they're not installable.

Also, is there a difference with Joomla templates and CB templates?

Yes, a CB template styles CB and only CB. A Joomla template styles Joomla and/or other extensions if it's designed to.

Do I have to create two seperate templates or do I just create a CB template???

If you want to style just CB then you only need a CB template. You could also try modify any of the existing CB templates.

That's just an installation documentation. We don't have documentation for creating a CB template. You need to work off of examples (existing CB templates).

CB Content module allows you to render CB substitutions inside of a Joomla module; it should be included with MyCommunity template package or you can download it separately (recommend as is most up to date) from the Advanced downloads section.
