If possible please contact your host and see if they can upgrade you to PHP 5.4. Once done please retry and see if issue goes away.

My server has also a version bellow 5.4. I'll upgrade it in order to fix it.

Beat was able to find and fix the cause of the issue. It'll be fixed in CB ProfileBook 2.0.2.
