I've always worked alone on my websites, but today tried to add another administrator. From report of the user and from my own testing of his profile, he is able to see administrator content on the front end, but is denied access to the back end. I'm attaching screenshots that shows the Joomla User Manager seems to be OK, but there is some sort of "Lock" symbol on the CB list that says "Super Users only". Is there a CB setting I don't see?

Admin login is a Joomla global permission. CB has no control over that. I recommend checking Joomla permissions documentation or posting to the Joomla.org forums for further Joomla permission usage information. You may also want to try putting your new usergroup under Manager so it can auto-inherit some permissions, which should make your configuration a little easier.
