Hello, know if the user can create new parts in groups (in addition to the wall parts, photo, video ...)?

No, the wall, photos, and videos are all custom integrations to provide features for a group. A user can provide custom content to display in the "About" tab when the "About Integration" is installed.

Does it function in the same way as CB where you may create text fields, drop downs and so on?

No, there is no fields feature. It's GroupJive for groups, not profiles. Support for custom fields is something planned for a later release.
