Is there such an extension available to display the aggregate events of Groupjive in the format of a pinmap?

No that I am aware. All events are stored to a single database table. You're welcome to develop something that does what you're wanting.

This is something that I would also love to add to my site.
I am not a developer so if anyone does develop this then I would willing pay for this as a plugin/addon.
There are other components that do this but would prefer to stick with groupjive
(eventsmap, Zap calender, Super events)
