Category Page to show Nested groups

HI
Am I missing something here?
How can I get a Category page to show the nested groups?
For example:
this is the category page for Knitting
joomladesignstudios.co/fiber/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pluginclass&plugin=cbgroupjive&action=categories&func=show&cat=2&Itemid=371
Inside knitting category, I have a group called "Knatty Knitters". Inside "Knatty Knitters", I have a nested group called "knatty knotty children"
But when I am on the knitting category page - all that shows is the parent group of "Knatty Knitters"...
Is there a way to also show a 'tree' of the sub-nested groups too?

Category pages don't show nested groups. They show groups and nested categories. Nested groups are visible when navigating to a group that has them.
