[SOLVED] welcome email fires on upgrade was created by ThePiston
Is that supposed to happen? I have a free Plan that is an upgrade option, when someone upgrades to it they are sent the initial welcome email from CBsubs. I thought that was weird.

Yes, as it's the first time they activated that plan. CBSubs has no welcome email; it has first activation, pending first payment, manual renewal, pending payment of manual renewal, automatic renewal, expiration, and cancellation by user emails.
