Menu link to invoices no longer display content

We have a menu item which is a CB Plugin > CB Paid Subscriptions > Invoices.

It has been working properly for over a year, but sometime within the past month or two (since I last remember checking it), the page is no longer displaying any content for any user.

I'm not at all sure how to track down the problem.

We are using CB 2.1.4+build 2018.05.14 with CB Subs 4.2.0+build 2018.05.24

Any ideas?

Seams to be working fine in my tests. How is it displaying for you? Empty page? Try enabling debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration and see if it outputs any errors.

There are no errors, within the browser debug console or via the Joomla debug console.

The page is displaying fine; however, where the invoices should be all I have is:

<div class="span12">
<div class="cb_template cb_template_default"</div>
</div>

With the div completely empty.

Other than that I'm not sure what to check for.

It'll display empty if there's no invoices. Maybe their invoices are too old to be displayed based off whatever you've "Show in user profile subscription tab invoices of last" set to within CBSubs > Settings > Display > Invoices?

It's not showing for any user, we have it set to show 5 years and have hundreds of users with subscriptions. I confirmed that we do have active plans for the test user.

Is there an admin way to see the invoices (just to make sure that what I'm seeing in the subscriptions history is actually creating invoices)?

Or is there a way to 'force' it to display something (like 'no invoices available', etc.) just to make sure that the code is actually generating some content?

Are you able to see invoices when navigating to the Subscriptions tab and clicking the link at the bottom of the tab? This would help narrow down if it's actually the invoices page or if it's specifically the menu endpoint causing issues.
