Adding Field Option + Add another email

Adding Field Option + Add another email was created by strak
I am not sure how to describe this which is probably why I can't find any threads or extensions. Here is what I am trying to do:
If the user wants to add another email address I would like them to click a "+ Add Another Email" and then the fields appear on the page for them to enter the information. I could easily just add Email2 and Email3 but I don't want to clutter the page with these options unless the user wants to add another email address and clicks for another one.
Same for Address.
Same for several other fields that could have multiple entries.
My thought here is that if a field gets populated then I would like to give the option for the user to add another field...
Anyone have any ideas for this?

Not currently implemented, but is possible using built in jquery library with a custom plugin.
