CB1.2 log in issues

CB1.2 log in issues was created by JWNZ
Hi I'm having serious issues with the log in side of things for my members at www.photopnz.com.
I've been running Joomla 1.5.9 and just upgraded to 1.5.10 and CB 1.2
When members log in using the CB login they get the message

"Session expired or cookies are not enabled in your browser. Please press "reload page" in your browser, and enable cookies in your browser. Please refresh/reload page before filling-in."

Typically they get in on the 3rd attempt.
We recently enabled legacy mode (now switch off again) and have found that the log in no longer appears to function but continually sends the user back to the error page above.
Has anyone else had this issue? I really need some urgent suggestions.:(

Have you ensured you're using CB 1.2 login module included with the package? You need to upgrade the modules as well as the component.

Your site also may need legacy plugin for other components, modules, plugins.

Are you using PHP5? Any errors show up with maximum error reporting and debug mode? Host error logs show anything?

Hi there,
I did the 1.2 install in full, so expect that I should be using the 1.2 login module but will re-install.

So far I've only installed 1.5 native components and modules to the site to try and ensure I'm ok there so no legacy mode appears to be needed.

The server is running PHP ver 5.2.6, no errors on the host side of things.
On the site I get a couple of notices about pagination.php with 2 Undefined variables and a report showing me that I've run 12 queries but nothing.
Under maximum error reporting I get the following error:
500 - JDatabaseMySQL::query: 1146 - Table 'photop7_jo151.jos_pms' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT count(id) FROM jos_pms WHERE username='webmonkey' AND readstate=0
The call stack is attached:

Attachment call_stack.txt not found

Having played more with this and re-installing CB1.2 completely I still have the issue. I have found that when I disable the CB login option and use the Jommla login there are no issues.

What PMS do you have installed? Try disabling PMS notifications in the login module. What are your login modules params, try reverting all back to their defaults or disabling all but the essentials.
