Plan shows upgrades even with Allow Upgrades = No was created by mmccormick
j 1.5.10 / C.B 1.2 stable / CB Subs 1.0.1
I have two main plans and the student one should not allow upgrades, is marked NO for Allow Upgrades. However in the profile under Subscriptions it offers "Your current Membership upgrade possibilities:" and provides list of other main plan and its child plans.
*Also, both main plans are marked "allow only one subscription at a time" so it REALLY should not be offering this upgrade.
How do I turn this OFF? thanx

Does the user have an active subscription? If not it'll show all plans so the user can subscribe.
