What I would like to do is that someone can register into a GroupJive group during registration. So there is a dropdown box with the option on all GroupJive groups.
then I can make a system where you have
a) a CB Subs plan where someone can create his group and
b) a CB SUbs plan where someone can subscribe to that group (group members)
this would be great

A and B are already doable with CBSubs GroupJive integration plugin. Your first request would require a new field type for CB, but isn't CBSubs related.
