Content Control- Front End User Restricted

Content Control- Front End User Restricted was created by zeroxcorbin
Hello, thank you for a great set of programs.

I created a "Temporary" plan that is free but only lasts two days. When a new user registers, this is the only plan available, and they get assigned to it.

I am trying to restrict access to certain parts of the site to users registered to the "Temporary" plan. However, when I select to restrict access to the articles component, using the Content Control plug-in, front end users no longer have access.

If I understand correctly, when you select something in the ACL of the plan it gives access to the users subscribed to that plan. Apparently it blocks everyone, including visitors, that are not apart of the plan.

How do I keep the ACL from affecting Front-end Users?

I know I am probably missing something, but I have searched to no avail.

Thank you,

You want to BLOCK usage of parts of your site if the users have the plan, correct? Just trying to clarify what you're asking.

If that's the case then that's not how CBSubs works. It actually works the opposite of this. It blocks access for users that do NOT have the plan.
