Users with various levels of membership from CB

I have 220 user in CB which are members of a membership which I do manually. A few are members for life, others have membership to be renewed on a month and up to one year. The idea is for everyone to renew their membership by one year when the old one expires. And that new members should be able to buy a year's membership when they register

Is it possible to give the user to renew their membership a link to where it can do it and pick up all the users were after their current membership expires? Or how do I do it best?

I have read the manual but my English is not what it should.

Grateful for any help!

Disable registration for previous plan, create a new plan with the specifications you want. Then give users that link or just let them subscribe to it after their subscription ends (once you stop proposing registration for your previous plan it will not longer be visible).
