[SOLVED] changing duration of a plan was created by jpdehorne
Hi

I 'm discovering your CBsubs. I was user of another solution (AEC) and with it was able to change the duration of a plan for one user. It seems that I cannot do the same with CbSubs.

In my case I am converting a datebase of users with subcriptions yet done and paid for my old web site into a newdatabase with Cbsubs.

so one who has paid at the beginning of this year has no more longer than 6 months as a member. If I create an account for him it will be for one year (the usual duration of plans for any new member). so where and how can I adjust the duration of period of membership to be at 6 months in my example? (I could take à specific date it should be the same)

I hope I 'm enough clear

When giving your users subscriptions you should add them using CBSubs Import. This will allow you to specify the expiration date, so if they expire July 8th 2010 you'll be able to specify this. Otherwise you can navigate to CBSubs followed by Subscriptions icon. Locate the users subscription and click the ID (far right column). From here you can edit advanced aspects of a users subscription.
