Instillation Problem

Instillation Problem was created by altbiers
I have the latest version of CB, I have all of the requirements set for CBSubs.
When installing cbplug_CBSubs_MAIN_103-E.zip it uploads, states waiting on web site and then just a white page.
When I refresh I see CB Paid Subscriptions in the PlugIn Manager, but when you click on that you just get a white page again.
Any suggestions?
PHP5, OPENSSL, Joomla 1.5.21, CB 1.2.3, CURL and everything with Check Core CB database is Green

Please enable debug mode and maximum error reporting within Joomla global configuration. Once done try clicking the CB Paid Subscriptions plugin once more. Was there any on-screen errors? If not, please review your server error log for any relevant errors at the time the plugin was clicked. More then likely there is insufficient memory. You can read more on blank/white pages
