Create a field to keep track of if they're subscribed or not. This could be a simple integer field that you use the values of 0 for not subscribed and 1 for subscribed. Now use CBSubs Fields integration and setup your plan to change the value of this field to 1. Ensure it's set to remove the value on deactivation so it resets to 0. Next edit your userlist and add a filter for that field to equal 1. Believe this usecase or similar is detailed in your CBSubs documentation.
