I have a member that paid successfully for a membership. It shows as a recurrent bill on authorize.net. However, there's no record of it inside CBsubs.
Others are paying without issue. How could this one payment be missed and how do I fix it?
Is there no IPN, basket, payment, or history log of the payment at all? Did they pay directly to you bypassing CBSubs perhaps? There's no way to make a payment through CBSubs without a recording being kept so there should be something in either Notifications, Basket, Payments, or History Log regarding it.

nope, nothing in any of those but in authorize it does say "Standard Membership OD/MD for userxyz" in the Description of the transactin so it had to be from CBsubs.
Has silent post been successfully setup and tested? Without it Authorize.net will not communicate recurring payments to CBSubs.
