You mean use points or something like that you buy a subscription? You sort of can do this now. What you'll need to do is create a coupon that applies to all purchases, does not expire, can be used as many times as you want, and its discount value is pulled from a CB Field. So for example the field has a value of "10" and I purchase a $20 subscription then it gets discounted to $10.
