Well you could use a promotion that automatically applies with a condition on a gender field for it to apply for females only. For promotions you can find conditionals on the Conditions tab.
The alternative is to copy your plan then set the copy as free then have a conditional on it for the gender field to be female. Then edit your paid plan and have a conditional on it for the gender field to be male. For plans you can find conditionals on the Workflows tab.

OK, but if i use conditionnal, when i want to select "Male" of a drop down field, i cant...
I just have the Title field to select but not the childrens....
Don't understand the issue. You need to compare a CB Field to a flat value. Example as follows.
Date A, Field A or Value A: Following CB field
CB Field A: Gender
Date B, Field B or Value B: Constant Value or String (CB substitutions can be used)
Value B: Male
Condition 1 (> for Dates): A = B (Value A is equal to Value B )
