Hello:
My users edit field text area, but if they use function to paste or to insert photo (publishing use JCE) the system believes that it is an attack and blocks it,

You need to whitelist certain elements within CB > Configuration > User Profile. Whitelist parameter found at the very bottom. In addition to this JCE it self maybe stripping certain elements so you'll want to check JCE configuration as well.
