Have reviewed your install and SEF was altering the task case. It tries to do exact matching. I've edited all your URL protections to use regex and not care about case. Have confirmed it's now working fine. Please also confirm is working fine.

Please see your By URL Part protection in your plans. I've setup the task to match using REGEX instead of raw string to string matching. This allows it to ignore case, which SEF was altering.
