The problem does not appears on the avatar tab but on CBSubs module WHEN I try to change my avatar. This is the module which allow to display the current plan and update plans.
I tried what you told me but nothing change.

Something is throwing an error and CBSubs is trying to log it, but the error is not passing valid information. Disable 3rd party CB plugins 1 by 1 within CB > Plugin Management and see if it resolves. If not, disable CBSubs and enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then attempt to upload again and see if any errors display on screen.
