I'm using Authorize.net (ARB) and If I have a subscribed member that needs to update their credit card information, how do I do this?

They can't as CBSubs has no such feature. You maybe able to do it for them if they give you the information through your Authorize.net merchant account. The only way for them to do it themselves is wait until they expire and renew with the new card information or cancel their subscription and renew with new card information.
