Cannot get Subscription plan to display on user profile page

Hi. I have set the the Display on CB User Profile to Display subscription plan on user profile. the user is accepted and confirmed, yet when I login as the user, I cannot see the subscription plan on the user profile.

Have I missed something?

Ensure your plans within CBSubs > Plans allow upgrades. If still not there check within CBSubs > Settings > Global and ensure you're allowing upgrades globally. If still not there then please check the Access tab of your plans within CBSubs > Plans to ensure the user can access the plans.

I have checked everything and all is set as recommended, but still nothing. Any other suggestions?

We access the member data from a user menu option in the members area. We are using the User profile Edit menu item type. Is this the correct type to use?

Screen shot of what we currently see attached.
This means that although member can edit data, she cannot upgrade to another plan.

The subscription display will show in edit mode - it will only show in Profile view mode.

All upgrade options configured in CBSubs will be presented to users in profile view on their Subscriptions tab.
