CB Paid Subscriptions: General plugin settings - Can't save changes was created by gerrit_hoekstra
Only saved Automation settings the first time I made a change. Subsequent changes are lost when I hit the Apply or Save buttons.

Doesn't make much sense. Please ensure you've latest CB and CBSubs nightly releases then see if issue persists. If it does check your PHP settings and ensure the input limit isn't set too low as the CBSubs settings page has quite a few inputs.
