Hi, which field on AcyMailing filter to create for user with

active subscription
disable subscription
any selected plan if sub.

There is no field for keeping track of active subscriptions. You'd need to create a text field for example then use CBSubs Fields to update it with active subscription plan id then you maybe able to filter based off that in AcyMailing, but I don't know for sure as I've no idea how AcyMailing does its filtering.
