CB-Subs Plan on CB Lists was created by Brontecreek
Is it possible to get the CB_Subs plan that a user has subscribed, to show up on a CB list that can be accessed from the front end menus (With proper permissions)?

Yup, you can do that using the CBSubs Plans Image integration. It's what we're using to show the banners on forums below your user on the left. Since it's just a field you can display it anywhere fields are supported so that includes userlists.

I must have some other plugin or setting not set correctly. Under the CB Lists tab if I try to add a row the only fields I can see from CBSubs are the invoice data: cb_subs_inv_first_name, etc., nothing related to the plan. I do have some of the CB-Subs plugins not published but they all do not appear to be related to the plans, (like google analytics, email, tax, url) perhaps one of those is required.

You need to install CBSubs Plans Image and publish it in CB > Plugin Management. Next you need to create a Plan Image field in CB > Field Management. Now within CBSubs > Plans edit your plans and under Integrations > Plan Image assign an image to your plans.

You can then set your plan image field to display on a userlist. Userlists can display any field that's set to display on profile, but if the field is not set to display on profile it won't be available in the dropdown.
