Template used: Rounded template

These URLs are the 3 registration forms (i have taken the URL from each plan), in each i have selected some fields to hide from workflows

Strange, not seeing the CBSubs CSS class used to hide a field being added. Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.
