Can you only have a reply sent to the person that posted in a group and not have it post the reply on the group wall.

Also can you have a group post be placed in a K2 Category?

No, it replies to the post with a post under it and indented.

Also can you have a group post be placed in a K2 Category?

No, Wall integration has nothing to do with Joomla articles, K2, etc..
