It's a language string. You can change it to whatever you want. Ensure the GJ English language plugin is installed and then edit its language files at the below location.

/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/cbgroupjiveen-gb/integrations_language.php

The integrations language strings are all contained in the integrations language file.
