Hi I think I'm missing something in my CB Subs set up.
What I want is for users to register, pay, and then automatically be able to login and use their account.
Right now, a user signs up and instead of being automatically entered into the group corresponding with their plan, they are entered into the group that is the default new user group in the user interface native to the Joomla. On top of that they are not approved, confirmed or enabled.
I have attached some pictures of my set up. I have Joomla 2.5.14, running 5.4.17

Edit your plans and on the Workflows tab ensure confirmation and approval are both set to No, this will override CB configuration. However, you already have CB configuration set to No so this shouldn't be an issue unless you're registering from a source other than CB.
