Show a module for default/free plan only

10 years 3 months ago #239480 by hanneslf
Hi,
I have a 3 paid membership plans and a default/free plan. I only want a module to be displayed for the default/free plan when a user is logged in. How can I do this?

I can get a module to display for a paid plan only but not for the default plan.
Thanks,
Hannes

You want it to show their current subscription to the default plan? You'll need to edit your subscription module and set the "Display current subscriptions" parameter to "Yes".

I want to display a Custom Module for the default/free plan only.

If I go into the admin (Pain Subscriptions/Plans) and select the default/free plan. Then go into the "Integrations" Tab and then the "Extensions" Tab and select the Module I want displayed for that free plan in the "By Module" area. The module won't display.

That only works if the user is logged in and has an active subscription to your free plan. It won't show to public users. You need to also ensure if your free plan is a lifetime plan that CBSubs is configured to create subscriptions for free lifetime plans within CBSubs > Settings > Global.
