Internal Server Error

Internal Server Error was created by trecpro
Everything was working fine. I don't remember making any changes that I had not tested. Then all of the content from community builder resulted in blank pages. Found there was a memory issue so I increased the memory limit in WHM. Now I am getting an Internal Server Error message. In the admin interface everything is working fine expect for the community builder configuration tab which also has the same message. PHP error log reports the following:
File does not exist: /home/XXXXX/public_html/500.shtml, referer: http://XXXXXX/administrator/index.php?option=com_comprofiler

 File does not exist: /home/XXXXXX/public_html/500.shtml, referer: http://XXXXXX/index.php/log-in

Files are present and have the correct permissions.

If you didn't change anything I suggest contacting your host and seeing if they made any server side updates recently as it could be server related. Those file exist notices can be ignored, they look like custom 500 error pages that your host serves and can't find (not Joomla or CB related).

Ensure when debugging that debug mode is enabled and maximum error reporting is set within Joomla global configuration so errors will properly output.

There were no changes on the server side. We have not setup any custom 500 error pages. The lines I highlighted in my first post are from the error log not the error pages. I replaced the domain name with XXXXXX.

From the error page.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@XXXXXXX and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Then re-test your issue and see if it exposes the error any further. If not then review server error logs after the re-test. Both settings are important to ensure the error will not be suppressed.

I did that, which is how I found out about the original memory issue. No other error message have been exposed.

What pages specifically are throwing the 404? All pointing to CB? Frontend and backend?
