Payment Slip: Missing Article Number and Item Description

Hi,

on my site, new members have the option to pay by cheque, and they are presented a payment slip, so they can print it and send it together with the cheque.

Two questions:

1) Unfortunately, Article number and Item Description do not show on the payment slip (please see attached pdf file).




2) I know where to modify the existing texts (in language.php). However, I would like to add

a) The recipients address, so sender knows right away where to send the cheque. I'm aware that I could do a workaround by changing some of the existing text to the address, but I'm more interested in understanding how to edit the layout of the file.

b) IF(!) easily possible, I'd like to add my customer's logo at the top right corner.
(and the address underneath, the space is unused anyway).

Totalizer article numbers need to be configured within CBSubs > Settings > Display > Invoices. As for the plan invoice item not displaying you need to ensure it's configured within CBSubs > Plans > Your Plan > Pricing and adjust the parameters under "Payment invoice item text". Please also ensure "Payment basket and gateway item text" is configured within CBSubs > Settings > Display > Baskets.
