[SOLVED] Access by Content was created by hanneslf
Hi,
I have an article which I want to restrict access to. The Plan which can access it I go into
"Contents which access rights depend on this plan:" and select the article in the list.
like
"Root/Cat1/Article"

This works great and when the article is accessed directly the user is requested to login or subscribe. The problem is that I have a blog view for the "Cat1" and a user who is not logged in or a subscriber to the plan cant access the "Cat1" blog view.

This is the restricted article url:
www.windsurfing.ie/news/energia-member-discount.html
and this is the blog url which should have public access:
www.windsurfing.ie/news.html

It protects the entire output of the article. This includes any view as it's using the content triggers so it's not specific to view. I recommend only protecting the Read More part of the article, which should allow it to display in blog view with a link to read the rest of the article that takes the user to the subscription page. You can configure this within CBSubs > Settings > Integrations > Content/Extensions. Ensure your article has a Read More break in it as well.
