Stumbling trying to understand this great plugin. I have a twist to using it to invite people to review a profile/users page. No issue just modified the header and footer to give an appropriate message and just the link to the profile. The attachments option is tantalizing, I don't see much documentation on how it can be used. What I want is to attach a file which is already in the user as the field CB-Myfile which was previously uploaded using CB File Field. I thought I could just add the [cbimyfile] example but it does not seem to work, in fact anything I add does not seem to add an attachment.
Does anybody know how this bit works and if it supports files from the user sending the invite?

[FIELD_NAME] substitutions are raw, which means you get the database value. You need the path to the attachment from hosting root. PHP mailer is unable to send the attachment any other way. Example path as follows.

/home/user/www/images/license.pdf
