CBSubs Mailers sending emails to blocked accounts.

Hi,

I think I may have found a bug with the CBSubs Mailers. We have a Joomla 3.3 site using CB 1.9.1 and CBSubs 3.0.

I have setup a Mailer to send messages to Expired users when their Grace period has expired. See the image for the settings. The Group is set to Public.

When I ran the cron job it sent out the emails to users that it should with the exception of one user that is currently set to blocked (disabled). They had a subscription that has expired, but they have been blocked. So, they shouldn't have received an email.

How do I make sure that Mailers don't send emails to disabled users?

Thank you.

That's normal behavior, because you can have a site that's subscription access only which means when a subscription lapses the user is auto-blocked to prevent access. In that scenario sending an email to a blocked user makes sense. In your case you'll want to condition those users out. One way you can do this is by adding the below condition under the Condition tab.

First condition: This condition
Date A, Field A or Value A: Constant Value or String (CB substitutions can be used)
Value A: [block]
Date B, Field B or Value B: Constant Value or String (CB substitutions can be used)
Value B: 0
Condition 1 (> for Dates): A = B (Value A is equal to Value B )
