Simple Registration in Module was created by bins
I want to place a module that allows registration to a CBSubs plan via the miniml fields i.e. First Name, Surname & Email.
How can I achieve this?

CB doesn't have support for a registration module. Best I can suggest is maybe a Joomla wrapper module and wrap the CB registration form, but I believe that uses an iframe, which CB may not allow.
