CB 2.0.3 & CBSubs 4.0.0 missing 'Subscriptions' field in CB 'User Management'

Situation;
J3.3.6
CB-1.9.1 with data migrated to CB-2.0.3
CBSubs 3.0.0 with data migrated to CBSubs-4.0.0-rc.1.ci.2014.10.22.00.20

Problem;
I seems to miss the Subscriptions field in the CB-2.0.3 'User Management' overview like in CB-1.9.1

Fields in CB-1.9.1;
Name, UserName, Logged In, Subscriptions, Group, E-Mail, Registered, Last Visit, Enabled, Confirmed, Approved, ID

Fields in CB-2.0.3;
Name, Username, Online, Group, Email, Registered, Last Visit, Banned, Enabled, Confirmed, Approved, Id

When you click the name in the CB 'User Management' for the details the tab 'Subscription' is visible with the 'Your Subscriptions' information.

Is this the new concept or a missing item in the new CB-2.0.3 release?
Or a missing parameter to be set somewhere?

Our backend is entirely XML driven except user edit, mass mailer, and some legacy plugin backend behavior. CBSubs was not designed to extend the XML of CB > User Management as it didn't exist yet. We'll have the subscription column implemented again in a future CBSubs release.

Nope, sorry. We're currently working to get all of our plugins CB 2.0 compatible.
