The usage scenario works so there's either a conflict or some sort of configuration problem somewhere. Ensure CB Auto Actions is public and published within CB > Plugin Management. Also ensure you're not altering the same field during the same conditions and trigger as you could have 2 usages with one overriding the other. Also ensure the Plan ID is correct.
