Good morning,

after applying update 2.09, the CB online module don't want to apply custom template (module edit -> advanced option).

Any advice ?
Thanks in advance

We didn't touch the CB Online Module with 2.0.9. Which parameter exactly are you trying to use? Alternative Layout? Have retested "Alternative Layout" set to "avatar" and it's working fine in my tests. If you've any caching enabled please be sure you've purged the cache after every parameter change.

OK, I just figured out the trick I did...

I'm using "user census" display mode with an alternative layout. But the only way I found to make it work with my alternative layout, was to hardcode/change the layout pass on the line 237 of mod_comprofileronline.php :

from :
require JModuleHelper::getLayoutPath( 'mod_comprofileronline', '_census' );

to :
require JModuleHelper::getLayoutPath( 'mod_comprofileronline', 'MyCustomLayout' );

Is there a way to apply alternative layout to census display mode without hardcoding the new pass ? I didnt found how to..

You have to create a template override for that layout. So in your Joomla template you'd be overriding _census instead of using a custom named template. Believe the path should be as follows.

templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/mod_comprofileronline/_census.php
