Hello Kyle,
Thanks for your response, i tried the steps and that did resolve the count mismatch, however i tested and found that it also seems to resolve another issue partially. Earlier when a user used to request connection and i clicked on his name in that request it used ro re-direct to that user's own profile instead of the user who requested connection. now this is also resolved however it re-direcst to a different URI with a different Itemid than 607, which makes diplay different.:-

It'll use the permissions of the user sending the connection request to determine which Itemid is used. CB will always use the first matching menu item for its Itemid. The alternative is to construct the URL manually with whatever Itemid you want in the email language string.

Checked the notification source for the connection message. Unfortunately it looks like you won't be able to as it has substitutions turned off. What menu item is associated with the 488 Itemid? CB thinks it should be using it as it's accessible to the registered user. You could force a new Itemid by editing the URL directly in source below, but that's a core edit and the change will be lost on upgrade.

It has to exist somewhere. You'll need to carefully check your Joomla menus for the menu associated with that Itemid.
