The CSS worked great! Thanks Kyle!
Regarding turning off the edit menu.. Yes, I have tried turning off moderator profile editing within CB > Configuration > Moderation and used the auto action to generate menu on conditions but when moderator profile editing within CB > Configuration > Moderation is off, the menu i generated will not allow the moderator to go user edit mode.. You'll get this error:

To edit ones own profile, no. To edit another user while logged in as a moderator, yes by turning off moderator profile editing within CB > Configuration > Moderation. Eventually we'll have backend management of CB Menu menu items for significantly more usability, but that won't be for awhile.

Correct, that turns off a moderator being able to edit another users profile.
