CB Subs - Lapsed Member - No Resubscribe Option

I have a member who has paid to renew membership via bank transfer.

When we go to his subscriptions list, there is no option to renew/resubscribe them.

Apart from updating, the only thing that I have changed that may be relevant is 'CB Subs Settings/Create Subscriptions also for free lifetime plans' and I changed everyone who was not in a plan to Free.

Anyone with thoughts?

Within CBSubs > Settings > Global ensure "Show Renew/Reactivate buttons" is set to "Yes". Next edit your plan and under the Pricing tab ensure "Renewable in advance by" is not set to "Non-renewable".

If you're not seeing the plan at all then review the Access and Workflows tab configurations as it could be conditioned to hide based off other fields or plans or the access maybe incorrectly configured.

The plan is there however his previous membership is not shown under subscription/current and past membership

So it's acting as if he never had a subscription to that plan? Please provide a screenshot of what you're seeing.

It is not a one off - another renewal I cannot action has just come up!
